Can print subscribers also access the digital archive?

Yes, if you are a print subscriber then you will also have access to Granta’s digital archive for the duration of your print subscription. If you purchased your subscription via our website then you will have entered an email and password to create an account. Those are the login details you will use to access the digital archive.

You can sign in to granta.com to access the archive.

If you have any problems with your login then please contact our customer service team.

Is Granta magazine available on mobile and tablet devices?

Yes. You can access our website directly via your web browser, or you can download the Granta app, designed specifically for the smartphone and tablet experience. Read free weekly content, or log in to download over 150 full issues to read anytime, anywhere via the App Store.

Can I buy back issues of the magazine?

Yes, all of our issues are available to purchase here.

What is the cancellation policy?

You may notify us of your intention to cancel at any time, and such notice will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. To give notice to cancel your subscription please contact our customer service team.

What is the refund policy?

Direct Debit Payments:

If you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days after initial purchase, we’ll refund you in full. After 14 days you will no longer be eligible for a refund on your then current subscription period.

Card Payments:

A £5 admin fee will be applied to all refunds via card.

How can I view a receipt or invoice that I have requested?

You can view and download any invoices or receipts relating to your orders online. Simply log in to your account here and click on My Documents tab.

Do you offer student discount?

Yes, we offer student discount via Student Beans, with the exception of Print subscriptions to the USA.
